| I googled DSTV installers on the web and a number of places popped up. After viewing over 20 installer’s pages, I viewed the SATFIX webpage seeing as they were the most reasonably priced for a new installation. |
| Having heard a lot of horror stories from family. Friends and colleagues of installations gone wrong I was very hesitant to go with just anyone but after speaking to the friendly people at SATFIX I decided to take a chance and hire them for my installation. |
| I called SatFix to have an installation done on the 23 March 2011 and I was told that by Thursday 24 March 2011 @ latest my installation would be done but much to my delight the installation was done the very same day(today)!!!! |

| I have used SatFix’s services. They installed my DSTV dish in the beginning of August. I was very pleased with their service. They give a full service, are very open about the process and the charges, they do not give you any surprises. I believe that their prices are reasonable. I was very impressed with the fact that they kept to the agreed times and that I did not have to make numerous calls before I got any assistance. They are very accommodating and try really hard to meet their client’s half-way. The best thing of all is that they will not leave your place until I would recommend them to anyone who needs any assistance with their decoder. |
