| Can I view DStv to more than 1 TV? |
| Yes we provide additional points at an extra cost of R350 per point. Multiple points may require signal enhancers / boosters / splitters depending on the distance between rooms (this will be quoted separately if required). |

| Can I watch a different channel while my family members are watching a specific channel at the same time? |
| Yes with an additional decoder (Model no 1110 or 1131) you can watch either of the two channels in different rooms at the same time. This facility is called XtraView |

| Can I record what I am watching? |
| With the introduction of DStv’s PVR unit this is now possible. You can watch 2 separate channels while recording a 3rd channel, all at the same time. |

| Why does my decoder give me errors when it rains? |
| This is only temporary and your signal should return to normal after a short while. |

| Can I change channels in the bedroom, when the decoder is in the lounge? |
| This is possible using a TV-Link unit, which we install on the 2nd TV. |

| How long does the installation take? |
| Standard Installations can take up to 1 hour (depending on cabling requirements, # of extra points etc) PVR Installations can take up to 90 minutes to install. |

| How long until my DStv starts working? |
| Your decoder should work immediately once the installation is complete. Our customer care department liaises with our technicians and DStv to ensure that your account is opened and your system working before we leave. |
